(Unofficial) Searcy & White County Results
Note: On Wednesday, May 21, the White County Election Commission conducted a recount of votes in the May 20 election. The results of the recount completely changed the totals of every race in the county and changed the outcome of one - the circuit judge’s race.

Election Day in Searcy
I’m going to vote today.
Don’t be alarmed but I’ll be asking for a Republican ballot.
My neighbor, Mike Chalenburg, is running for re-election as alderman and has an opponent in the GOP primary.
Mark Pate, one of my former students, is running for district judge.

Rocky V
This raccoon trapping is turning into a fishing tournament and I’m pulling them out of my yard as fast as I can empty the trap.

Shortly after I posted the story about trying to capture the third incarnation of Rocky in my backyard last night, Tish called to me from the study that she thought she heard a noise outside.
